F.A.Qs & Hire Information

We offer free delivery on all orders over $200 within a 30km radius of Christchurch City. If you are further, please get in touch and we can agree on a price.

 

You are welcome to pick up and drop off the games from our Linwood location for no charge. Some of the games can be quite large so check in with us for measurements.

Once you have decided which games you would like to hire, get in touch with us and we will provide you with a quote. If the quote is accepted we require 50% payment to complete your reservation with the remaining 50% due a minimum of 7 days before the event.

A bond of $50 is required on all bookings and refunded once the games are returned in good, clean condition.

If the reservation is made within 7 days of the event, the complete payment is required.

Package deals are available when hiring multiple games. Please get in touch with us so we can help cater the right package for your event.

If the booking is cancelled more than 7 days before the collection, we will fully refund the deposit. For any cancellations within 7 days of the hire, 50% of the total charge will be retained. There is no extra charge for change of date (subject to availability) as we understand that when organising an event there can be unforeseen circumstances.

We do our best to ensure all of our games are made to a high standard and safe to use. We have added recommended ages to each of our games as a guideline however children should be supervised at all times while using the games. Games are hired at users own risk. We can provide a H&S form on request.
